The Property Management Master Certification (PMM) is a program for all licensed real estate professionals who want to learn how to manage residential and commercial rental property, work with investors, and deal with assistance animals.
After all requirements have been met (see below), students may apply for an official certificate. Once certified, students may add the certification and logo to business cards, websites, email signatures, blogs, promotional materials, and more. You must complete both certifications bundles below to receive your PMM certification:

Certification: The PMM Certification can be earned by successfully completing all 10 courses listed above.
Renewal Requirement: Members who took Certification courses and received their certification in 2018 and prior years (i.e. 2017, 2016, etc.) are encouraged (but not required) to take the renewal course since information within the real estate industry is constantly being updated and changing. Members who take the Certification courses in 2019 and beyond (i.e. 2020, 2021, etc.) will be required by C.A.R. Education to take a renewal course every two years to maintain their certification.

Any licensed real estate agent or broker who would like to establish and build a property management business.
Renewal Requirement:
Members who took Certification courses and received their certification in 2018 and prior years are encouraged (but not required) to take the bundle again or take the renewal course (if available) since information within the real estate industry is constantly updated and changing. Members who take the Certification courses in 2019 and beyond (i.e. 2020, 2021, etc.) will be required by C.A.R. Education to renew their certification.
