Earn your AIR CRE Certification to understand how to use AIR CRE lease and purchase contracts when representing a commercial landlord, tenant, or business entity after completing this course. Real estate professionals who have the ability to enhance their service within Commercial transactions. You can expand their business with any clients who are looking to and/or are ready to invest.
Once a participant completes the AIR CRE Certification, they will have the benefit of AIR CRE’s decades of experience in producing and publishing some of the most widely used commercial real estate contracts in the nation. Participants will receive an accreditation that will distinguish them from their peers and provide them the opportunity to practice commercial real estate competently.

After all requirements have been met (see below), students will be automatically awarded a certificate and logo for marketing purposes. These will be sent to the email attached to their www.OnlineEd.com profile. To earn your certificate you must complete the course and exam with a passing score.
All C.A.R. Education certifications expire 2 years from the date they were awarded and anyone who wishes to renew must retake the course. The courses are updated regularly so that new information is available to new and returning agents and members.
