Livable’s smart utility bill-back platform drives resident financial accountability
LOS GATOS, Calif. (March 15) – Livable, the leading utility management platform for independent rental owners, announced a new partnership with Real Estate Business Services (REBS), a subsidiary of the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® to help housing providers recover rising utility costs and drive responsible utility consumption by their residents.
“Our fast-to-deploy and easy-to-use suite of utility billing and management tools, combined with the expertise of C.A.R., will deliver visibility into valuable insights, as well as help mitigate rising costs,” says Livable CEO Daniel Sharabi. “Water bills in the U.S. went up as much as 30% from 2021 to 22 alone. We expect that trend will continue and want to help housing providers get in front of those costs while they can.”
