ADU Certification: Accessory Dwelling Units 101 for the Real Estate Professional is designed to equip practitioners with in-depth knowledge about ADUs. Gain the information needed to help home buyers and sellers make educated decisions. The material covered is also designed for Real Estate professionals who are interested in investing in and/or building an ADU of their own. This course is a great overview of everything you need to know to get started on the pathway to owning an ADU or assisting a client who is interested in property primed for additional development or building their own.
The course is taught by an ADU expert, author, and consultant who has worked across the nation with various jurisdictions and individual organizations that embrace ADUs as a form of housing.
